  • Or maybe all your yoga pants are in the wash.
  • Perhaps the kids stayed home from school today.
  • Your boss dumped a new project on my desk and you're suddenly swamped.

No matter who really ate your yoga mat (p.s. we offer mat rentals in the studio), sometimes getting to out of the house or office to the studio just isn't in the cards for us.

Enter the wonderful world of online yoga videos. There are countless offerings through YouTube, general Google searches, or you can take a look at Yoga Heights' own library. In fact, we're looking to get your take on yoga videos...read on to find the link to our video survey!

One of the great things about Yoga Heights Online is that you can mix and match the videos you choose to create your own curated flow. There are options for focusing on specific poses, in which a teacher will unpack the mechanics of a pose offering tips and tricks to help you become a master.

If flowing is your thing, you might opt for a longer vinyasa class taught by one of your favorite Yoga Heights teachers. There are videos of all lengths so if 20 minutes is all you've got time for, great. Or if you have an entire hour, there are many great 60 minute options for you, as well.

AND we want to keep making content that works for you. Yoga Heights has launched a survey to help understand what works and what doesn't when it comes to online yoga videos. At Yoga Heights our mission is to foster a yoga experience for every body, every level, and every budget and we want to make sure that extends to our videos. Please take 5 minutes to complete this survey about yoga videos. Event if you haven't used our library of videos, your input will be hugely helpful.

Thanks and Namaste!
