  1. I’m new, where do I start?
    First, welcome! We’re excited to have you here at Yoga Heights. New students should check out our $49 Intro Offer for one week UNLIMITED access to all our class + anytime class recordings. 

  2. I’ve been to Yoga Heights before, can I have the Intro Offer?
    If you’ve visited before but not taken advantage of the Intro Offer, you can use it!

  3. Where are you located?
    We have three Brick & Mortar locations (3506 Georgia Ave NW, 255 Carroll St NW, and 905 U St.). Our virtual studio is located on Zoom and can be accessed from anywhere.

  4. Is Yoga for me?
    Yoga is for EVERY BODY! The body you’re in is your yoga body. All of our classes are all levels with the opportunity to take it up or down a notch. If you have an injury/are pregnant/or are just unsure, let your teacher know before class so they can provide you with modifications. As always you know your body better than we do so listen to what you need during class. It’s more than acceptable to take a child's pose or lay down.

  5. What should I wear to class?
    We recommend comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of movement. Socks may cause slipping on your mat so allow your bare feet to breathe with you. No shoes in the studios, please! (In some cases people use sneakers for foot and ankle-related injuries. Please designate a pair of non-outdoor use shoes for this.)

  6. Do I need to bring anything to class?
    Yes and no! Bring yourself, a yoga mat, and a water bottle for class. We also have $2 mat rentals (first rental FREE) and water fountains/bottle refill stations for your convenience.

  7. How do I sign up for a class?
    We recommend signing up in advance to secure your spot. This can be done through the MINDBODY website, the Yoga Heights app, or the MINDBODY app after you’ve made a Yoga Heights account. You can also walk in for class and someone at the desk will help you.

  8. How do I pay for a pass for myself AND a guest?

    It is best to do this from the desktop version of Mindbody! First, log in and select the class you’d like to take. Second, select “someone else”. Finally, follow the instructions to the end! Or follow these instructions from Mindbody.

  9. How do I use a Promo Code?

    Log in to the Mindbody site with your username and password.

    Go to the Online Store/Checkout.

    Select items to purchase, and add them to your shopping cart.

    Enter the promo code in the "PROMOTION CODE" field.

    Click Apply.

    Complete your purchase.

  10. What time should I arrive for an aerial class?

    Arrive about ten (10) minutes before class starts to ensure a smooth setup.

  11. Should I bring a mat to an aerial class?

    YES! Bring a mat, please.
