Off The Mat: Yoga for Mental Wellbeing

I'm Krystal, and I’m a recent graduate of the Yoga Heights Teacher Training Program. I have practiced yoga off and on (more on lately) for 13 years, and what I appreciate the most about the practice is its application to life off the mat. In my experience, at the core of yoga practice is an expectation of uncertainty; there is an understanding that change and growth are not linear and that they might not look like I expect them to look.
