New Teacher: Paula Hagan

My name is Paula Hagan and I have been obsessed with Aerial Yoga and various forms of non-traditional yoga (SUP Yoga, Aqua Yoga, and Animal Yogas) since 2014. My yoga journey began after I moved back to the US after living overseas. I wanted to destress and journaling and traditional exercising was not enough. After taking my first Aerial Yoga class, I was hooked and started really exploring new ways to find relaxation in my moves. After years 4 years of taking Aerial Yoga, I began teaching during right when studios opened back up from covid-19 outbreak. I needed an outlet and I wanted others to have one too. My classes can be described as fun and relaxing at the same time. There will be really great stretching but I will also always try to prepare you for the next level of your practice. Be prepared to hear very corny jokes with a dry sense of humor.
