Meet some of our teacher training graduates:

“My time at the studio was fantastic. All the staff and students were friendly, and I quickly found myself a new hangout spot. I felt better about life due to the classes, making new friends, and learning that the more I did yoga, the more I enjoyed it. So when the opportunity arose to take teacher training, I pounced. Due to this, I began working as a studio assistant, one I wanted to be in the studio more often, and two, it was a cool exchange that allowed me to take classes for free essentially. Yoga Heights set up a foundation for my yoga journey.  This gave a firm footing to become a yoga apprentice to one of the most renowned teachers in The United States, John Schumacher.” -Samjulien Carlisle

I wanted to share the abundance that yoga has given me. Being a teacher allows you to give that positive energy back into the world.
